Sunny Sunday session report
It was a great sunny day. After a wonderful lunch we sat down to play two games of Ticket to Ride Europe. The match was staged in the garden next to the pond. It was an extremely beautiful day with the family.
Game 1: Final result
MM was able to get the longest route in both games. She had completed the 21-point route and another 15 point route. I was really surprised she did not win the game, but apparently she had bad luck with the tickets she drew.
Game 3: Final results on the map of Switzerland
We also played once on the fan-produced map of Switzerland. We had tinkered this map a while ago and played once before. It was the first game with four players on this map. We were really frustrated playing this board by the original Ticket to Ride rules. Everyone felt it would have been a great game if we had permitted ourselves to use the stations from Ticket to Ride Europe. Probably, when we play this map next time, we'll add these as a house rule.
