Tinkering the unofficial map of Switzerland for Ticket to Ride

Tinkering Ticket to Ride - The unoffical map of Switzerland

As the third inofficial map we decided to create the inoffical map of Switzerland. It is smaller in size than the German map we handicrafted earlier last months.

Why did we choose Zug um Zug Schweiz?
Well, not only does this map look good, it also seems to have a well-balanced game concept. Our compliments to P. Riedo. In addition, we both have quite a close connection to Switzerland and have travelled there often. Naturelich even travels Switzerland by train a lot. Therefore, some of the cities are very familiar and it seemed the natural choice for us.

How did we do it?
We used our old technique. Print the map on glossy photo paper(Switzerland comes on eight DIN A4 pages) and glue it on card board. The card board is then plastified. This worked extremely well and it took us only about two hours.

In addition we had to print the tickets. They come on two DIN A4 pages. Since they do not match the original Ticket to Ride game design they do not have a rear picture. The ticket design itself does not match the original game but this is absolutely no problem and does not diminish the fun we had playing the first game...
