General fitness seems to have increased

After my last badminton match I had very sour muscles. Upon returning I fell flat on the floor - exhaustion. Today, I jumped the stairs went down to stuff the washing machine and two floors up again. I am wondering if this continues like this or whether I will another sour Saturday!? Let's see! If you like you can place your bets.

We've made additional badminton appointments on Tuesday and Thursday next week. This will be the true test whether there is still hope for my physical fitness... You can't bet me on this one ;)
